“Toplofikatsia-Rousse” is a participator in the unified energy system of the country, divided into 7 production, 7 distributing and one transmitting company, which operates according to the commercial model “Single buyer”

The client for the produced by the firm electric power is “National Energy Company” JSC and from 01.08.2002 the client is “Electric Distributing Plant”- Gorna Orjahovitza JSC. The energy quantities are determined according to conventional treaties. The price of the sold and bought electric power is fixed by the State Commission for Energy Regulation according to Instruction for formation and applying of the prices and tariffs of the electric power, adopted on 06.03.2002

For the produced heat energy / steam and hot water / the firm has local clients on the town territory:

- The steam intermediate pressure is designated for the industrial enterprises in the town

- The hot water is designated for daily wants and heating of administrative and public places.
